Data we process

When you send a quote request or a message, we receive what you enter: institution name, type, contact person’s name, email, phone, canton, preferred delivery date, message and the contents of your list.

Like any website, our hosting provider records technical logs (IP address, date and time, pages viewed) to keep the site secure and running.

Why we process it

We use this data to answer your request, prepare a quote and, where applicable, arrange delivery. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

Service providers and transfers

To run the site we use service providers: the hosting provider, an email delivery service (Resend) and a protection against automated submissions (Cloudflare Turnstile). Some of them may process data outside Switzerland. We make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal obligations, then delete it.

Local storage and cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies. It stores your item list and your price display choice (incl. or excl. VAT) in your browser (local storage). This stays on your device and is only sent to us if you submit a request. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Audience measurement

This site currently uses no audience measurement tool.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction or deletion, and object to its processing, by writing to [À COMPLÉTER : email]. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
